1) Place the Eyes.fbx on the head bone of your avatar
2) Replace the Eyes material on your avatar with the Specular material from this asset
3) Place the oreiginal Eyes material in the Eyes prefab
4) Put the Left_eye and Right_eye bones from the FBX to the Avatar descriptor
5) Set the Eye look Rotation States as follows(Or as in the attached screenshot):
   You can also tweak these values to your liking

	Looking Straight
		x   0  y   0   z   o
	Looking Up
	   	x  -8  y   0   z   0
	Looking Down
		x   5  y   0   z   0
	Looking Left
		x   0  y  -7   z   0
	Looking Right
		x   0  y   7   z   0
