this asset is really confusing me. I don't see a VRCFury option, nor do I see any manual

It states Unitypackage, SPP file and Blender file. In my eyes everything else than blender and texture files should be seen as extra work from the creator. + This one is also free :D

You just need to put the prefab file on your avatar and everything else will be done by VRCFury
